Dan maintains my Carrier Infinity heating & cooling system. Keeping it in tip top shape. Just recently had him check out my AC system. Good thing because he discovered a blown capacitor. Replaced it and ran the system checking temps at registers. Good to go! On another occasion I had Dan install new ducting to front bedrooms and bath.
He is on time, friendly, very thorough and detailed in his work. His pricing is very fair and he stands behind his work. I highly recommend you give him a call.

Dan has repaired my heating and repaired (and eventually replaced) my air conditioner. He's always responsive, prompt, and happy to explain what he's doing if asked. He definitely keeps trying things until he finds a solution! He also painted parts to match my house, which I greatly appreciated. I hope to not need his services again soon, but I'm keeping his number and I highly recommend his business.

Hi, The team from South Bay installed a new furnace system for our home as purchased through Costco. They were prompt, professional and very courteous. The finished installation included a change to make the filters more easy to remove. Now I can change the filters without any problems.
They completed the job in one day and left an installation that looks very professional. They also followed up later to assure that the heating system was working as required by code and provided the appropriate documentation for inspectors. I highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend South Bay Heating and Cooling to anyone who is looking for great quality at good price. Dan is professional, responsive, and provides great service. I wanted to remove the old heating system in my house and update it with a high efficiency, new ducting, and add AC (yay California heat waves). Dan was able to quote the job quickly and the total cost was reasonable. He walked me through his install process, explained the best place for things, and answered my questions. Great quality work at a reasonable price. Very professional. I needed to replace my a/c compressor and furnace. Dan was very helpful in explaining my various options. Once I settled on a choice, we were able to schedule the installation. They even went the extra mile when one of my parts were not going to be delivered in time for the install date by driving to an alternate supplier to personally pick it up.
The quality of the work was top notch and great care was taken even for the simplest of things such as wrapping insulation around the piping.
