I walked in and a nice gentleman working there smiled and said someone would be right with me. A lady came up to me and asked if she could help me. She had a sour look on her face and had a huge attitude. I asked her if I could have a key made to a car. She said "nothing we sell here is guaranteed" I think asked for the code back and told her she too big of an attitude and I'd take my business elsewhere. I spoke with Tonya asking about pricing because somehow the price went from $270 to $280 over night. She was so unprofessional and rude. Told me to find another lock smith and hung up on me. Wow! Great customer service!!! Last time I checked, you are allowed to ask/question why the price is different from one day to the next.

I went to a car repair shop when I could not get my car key out and I was given 2 options. One option was to leave my car with them and they will apparently dismantle the whole system to get the key out. The other option was to go to Cook’s Locksmith Services which I was told was already closed at around 5:25. I tried to call them and Nikki told me they close at 6 pm.
