I called on a Thursday, we could have been seen that afternoon, but due to my own schedule I had to wait until Friday afternoon. My time slot was 1-5, but our technician, Kyle, arrived by 1:15. He quickly assessed the issues with our A/C unit, and determined that we had a bad TXV valve, which he found was under warranty. When he initially told me it could be hard to get the part or return to repair until Tuesday, my husband and I were somewhat panicked as we have people coming for Memorial Day and a planned trip. Kyle went out of his way to get the part Friday and returned today, Saturday,

Again their services was excellent. I call at 10 am and had appointment set between 330&700 pm. Tech call me at 6 30pm and got here 6:45pm and had it fixed 7:45pm. And the prices is lower then any company's out there. This is my 6 x time I have use this company.

The most honest and forthright HVAC company we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, including a quick response, wonderful service and fast turnaround provided by their office. They were sent by AHS to provide a second opinion after another company (evidently falsely) claimed that a major part of one of our nearly brand new units needed to be replaced, incurring all sorts of out-of-pocket costs to us. I've used this company 3 times now and they are my go-to HVAC company. The first time I was referred to them was when I had a very high quote from another "big" company. I called Going Green and asked what they would charge for the same job. It was replacing a coil and they saved me about $500 and didn't push a whole new system on me. Then the second time when I called, they were available for same day service. The "big" company couldn't come out until after the weekend. I think you have an honest company with honest employees who don't over charge. What

Very impressed! My Home Warranty company referred me to Going Green, and no sooner did I hang up from the Warranty company to Going Green was calling to set up the appointment. They gave me a large window of time, but also a 30 minute warning call, so I didn't have to sit around and wait.

Audie showed up to check out my unit. He is clearly part air conditioner tech, part plumber, and part electrician. A prior air conditioning company (that I will no longer be using), had done their annual service but had said I needed to replace the entire unit!!! Audie just had to blow out a pipe

Very responsive when called by warranty company. Gave multiple options to help find the most cost effective solution. I even received an after hours call from someone in management to discuss my options further as more info became available. Neat, clean repair. Polite and knowledgeable service guys. Holding on giving them a 5 star to make sure all is well with my system in the days to follow!!

Outstanding service! Called late evening via Warranty company. Going Green called by 9am the following morning to schedule appointment . They were timely, friendly and professional. I will certainly request them through our warranty company for future service requests.

Going Green a big sigh of relief after dealing with some of our previously assigned contractors- stress. Thank- You Going Green!

I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants honest and reliable service. Our service technician Artie was very professional and shared important tips on keeping the air ice cold during the summer. He went above and beyond in checking our AC system. Darla did a great job in scheduling the repair visit around my schedule. Very few companies still do that. I appreciate the their reliability and our technician's ability to make the repair in one visit.

Not impressed at all! I feel ripped off and the customer service is not acceptable. After 3 1/2 hours of my time wasted they try to charge $500 for two thermostat's. Really, let's not try to take advantage of women and treat us as if we're dumb and ignorant! My business will go else where and I hope everyone takes my advice and keep looking for a different company!

I'm totally satisfied with the work going green did on my air-conditioning system two different times because of the age of the system. The last time the technician found a pinhole in the supply line with Freon and if he hadn't found that I probably would've burned up the compressor. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because they didn't pay for the repair. :) they did top-notch work and worked with my American home service company to do it. Since they were here last, neither system has required service during this years heat wave.

These guys set an appointment with us and never showed up! We tried calling numerous times and they don't pick our calls anymore. We've waited 5 days in the 110 degree heat only to call someone else and get charged an emergency appointment call.
