We called around to a few fence companies in town for price estimates. The Fence Pro's were by far the most responsive and came out to do an estimate 2 days later. Half the other companies never even answered or called us back. Tim's quote was competitive and he also agreed to price match to one lower quote we had been given. We were told a 2-3 week wait time for installation, but they had a job fall through and we only had to wait 2 days from the time we signed the contract. I called them with a problem and and he came out and found out what was the problem and ordered the parts and they will be here soon great great people to work with when they installed my fence the installers could not have been anymore professional and very good to work with. Hired these guys to install a fence. They installed the wrong--and much cheaper--fence type. There was no doubt this was their problem--the contract spelled out the fence type. But the owner tried to make it my problem instead of owning up and fixing his mistake.
I decided to settle for slightly less for the incorrectly installed fence, mostly to avoid further interaction with these guys.
So be aware: they will not own up to problems when they arise. They will instead try to make it your problem. So either be prepared to sue or, better yet, just hire a reputable company from the get-go.

We spent a lot of money on a white vinyl privacy fence. Communication was great when the cash for that was at stake. But when I tried getting them to come out to switch the door swing (at our expense) it took months of phone calls and emails to get 1 phone call back. Tim said he would come take a look and quote me. That was months ago and it never happened. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Tim responded very promptly to my inquiry and was able to do measurements virtually until we could meet in person the following week. He was so easy to talk to and work with. He came over and did more measurements and learned that the cables buried in our yard were multiple feet before the property line ended, so to make things even since we had to move the fence up he threw in an extra gate in the back. Also, we’ve been receiving a lot of estimates for our new home and therehave been lots of people here who aren’t very interested in our new and very social puppy, Tim actually took

The Fence Pros installed a fence for me...10 feet into my neighbor's lawn. Tim Rose (owner) and his team didn't take the time to check our property lines. I contacted Tim and he wanted to charge me $1200 to fix their error. On top of that, he wanted payment up front. I let him know that was completely unreasonable and I expect him to stand by his work. I was patient with him and tried to be as understanding as possible as it is not a good situation for either of us. Tim has since avoided my calls/texts/emails. I just got him on the phone at 9 PM and he said "you're calling me

Not thoughtful of others' property.
My neighbors used this company recently to replace an old fence. The fence itself looks nice, however the workers weren't as conscientious to my plants/property along the fence as they were of the plants on the side of their paying customer. They trampled any and all plants on my side of the fence. Also, I found pieces of both the old and new fence strewn even halfway across my yard! I don't know how they even did that. Did they throw it?? I almost ended up hitting a long piece of black chainlink with my mower.

USE ANOTHER FENCE COMPANY! Multiple boards have fallen down from our fence, very poor quality. Although we have a warranty with the company, they refuse to return phone calls about the fence. Also, we needed a receipt for tax purposes. Called everyday for 3 weeks and wrote emails. Never received any communication back from them. Such a horrible experience.

Called to have a gate installed in our backyard and was very pleased with the price. Very reasonable compared to some others. However, the work was supposed to be done that day or the next and four weeks later we still hadn't seen anyone or heard from anyone. If they hadn't been less than half of the other bids I would've moved onto another business, but instead I called to remind them. They said they had forgotten to write it down and would get on it right away. The gate was installed within the week and we are very happy with the end result.

Use Fence Pros to do a fence and deck. They didn't really give me a break on price for doing the two together and they did them at different times, so I still had to wait for the deck.
The fence was completed as a normal chain linked fence, no prblems.
The deck however was basically crap, they used cheap material. It's like they never put a deck up before, it didn't even pass inspection the first two times. They had to come back at least 4 times to fix things wrong with it before I paid them.
