Owner Russell Dull has been serving Washington County and the Portland Metro area since 1994. Russ started out as a hod carrier at the age of 16 working for award winning mason, Paul Merson, in Maryland. He quickly worked his way to become an apprentice brick layer and then became a brick mason. After many years of working in the concrete and masonry business he moved to Oregon and pursed his contractors license.
