We recently had a bonus room turned into a bedroom with a bathroom and closet. Michael was quick to provide a full estimate. After we agreed to move forward we never saw him at the job site. He relies heavily on his various crews to do the work with zero over site. They text him pictures as the job progresses. Any issues we had were difficult to resolve due to the fact that he never came to put eyes on the work. If I could give Hailey a negative ZERO, I would. I contract with Michael Hailey to install flooring, baseboards, drywall. doors and door hardware. To begin, MR. Hailey DID none OF THE WORK and the illegals he hired did a horrible job, much of which had to be removed and done over. Many of the doors installed would not even close. There were… gaps between the door molding and drywall (both installed by his people) . The flooring installed near AC registers did not match up with the subfloor and registers, so half of them could not fit a register. Four were too small and misplaced, and one

Michael has done some work in our home, new hardwood floors, taking down a wall and more. Each and every time outstanding work and incredibly professional service. When he and his guys have completed work for the day you would hardly know they were there they leave a nice cleaned up work space! Highly recommend!!
