We made a costly decision by selecting Thiel Builders
Thiel Builders did not:
1) Stay with in budget. When costs exceeded budget line item, attempted to shift costs to another line item without telling customer. When costs exceeded total construction bid, refused to finish project. We were forced to fire Thiel when his crew did not report for work.
2). Follow blueprints. Numerous times refused to follow prints as he thought it was not needed. Refused to properly follow exterior sealing instructions resulting in $20K of water and mold damage to basement. When presented with pictures showing details
