Founded in 1995 and with over 30 years of national experience in the Architecture and Real Estate Development Industry I have managed both small and large-scale development projects as both an architect and as an Owner's Representative for private developers.
These projects include distinguished new homes, single family home additions, commercial and retail renovations, mixed-use urban developments, renovation of historic structures for adaptive reuse, and multi-family and public housing.We encourage sustainable "green" practices to create comfortable and energy efficient architecture.

Robert Emert was engaged to design a sunroom replacement for my house which was built in 1940. He was constrained by using the same footprint, coordinating the design with a lake style stone facade and replacement of the copper roof.
