Duraclean is the Best! I have been using their expert services for many years! My carpet looks brand new after they clean. Their technicians are extremely polite,respectful and use the utmost care when they are in my house. As long as I continue to have carpeting,Duraclean will be my only choice.

We had a water leak from our dish washer and contacted our insurance company, which is working with us . Duraclean came to our house, recommend by Nation Wide, and start taking up our kitchen floor and one cabinet. They would leave without telling us. Come with only ten minute notice. This is only a small part of my complaint. I believe that they are taking on too much work and not concerned with the customers that they have. We are without a kitchen now for seven weeks.

This company worked with my schedule and was very punctual the day of service. However, they used my electricity to operate their compressor and a microwave without my permission. When I inquired, I was told to report any increase on my electric bill to my insurance company. If my electricity was not on, what source of energy would have been used. 🤔 Apparently, this is a common practice which is unacceptable.
Additionally, a Red Bull can and glove was left in my tree.
