Critical: Professionalism, Quality
DONOT trust the service men who come to the house. he was not honest and took money and yelled at my mother who is elderly. He also scouted our house, when no one answered the door, very shady dont trust them. caught him on my ring doorbell very creepy.

We had specifically told them to come often so we don’t run out of gas.... and guess what? It’s been 4 months since their last delivery and we had no heat or hot water last week. We called and thankful they were quick to come in to delivery gas (which is why they deserve a 2 stars at least). We were charged a way higher price per gallon had they come earlier the past few months to fill it. Anyways, just a bit disappointed that now we have a huge bill to pay at once...

I remember Jerry when he was a kid. He use to hang out with my brother Joey when he lived on Pacific St. in Brooklyn.
Jerry was one of the nicest guys you could ever want to meet. Everybody in the neighborhood loved him.
His mother Mary was a very sweet lady and she was well known in the neighborhood.
His father Sal was a hard working family man.
Jerry is someone who is very honest and loyal to his friend, family and customers.
He is just a real nice and good hearted person and he can be trusted too.
My best wishes to Jerry and his family.

It is always a pleasure to work with Pelco. Nicky, the mechanic is knowledgeable, caring, and there when needed, even during a late night emergency. Pelco and Nick always do the right thing and I know I am in good hands when it comes to safety and heating. I appreciate his attention to detail and all of the time he spends to make sure the job he… did is a quality one. I certainly did not need to have heat coming up during these 90 degree days so Nicky diagnosed and fixed the problem and tonight I am siting in a cool home. Thank you for a job well done.

My 83 year old mother in law woke up on new years eve with no heat. It was 55 degrees in her house. I went over and restarted the burner, but it would not stay on. I called Pelco's 24/7 emergency number since they had installed it and no answer. I tried for an hour. This was 10:00 AM. Then I went to their office to see if someone could help her. The office was closed.
We eventually had to hire Dashing Dan's (I trust them) to come take a look and they fixed it and charged her $150.
I would not ever recommend Pelco. Before I went to gas, I used Sweezeys. They were awesome and
