We went to american fence and set up an appointment for Craig to give estimate. He came out. We told him what we wanted. 2 days later he emailed us with price. We emailed back and excepted the offer. Never heard from him for a week. E mailed again accepting the estimate. Another week went by. I called American Fence and told secretary the… situation she said e-mail him again. Why would I want to chase American fence? We never heard from them and that was atleast 2 months ago. Poor customer service . Guess they didn't need my $5000.00. B. Anderson

Very surprised at the negative reviews! American Fence has been my go-to company for all my fence needs for over 10 years. Their pricing has always been competative and their product is top notch.
When a truck driver damaged the gate on my industrial yard, we couldn't secure the property for the night unless the fence was fixed. American Fence was on the spot in an hour and had the gate fixed in 20 minutes. True life saver.

Bought a complete fence from these guys..to finish my property in overton nv..this gets better..the sign on the store says ...DO It yourselfer..it means we rip.you off ..I bought a 255 ft fence complete. 5 ft high 1000.00 cash .the guy looked at me and gave me papers on how to do it yourself I thought that's cool..well it took 3 weeks to get the ground ready for the cement and poles.in fact I needed 4 ft fence not 5 ft I was sold.tried calling the order desk for a week just goes to voicemail.finanlly talked to a guy.and he said bring it back we will take care of it. Drove 75 miles one way
