In 2016, the Minneapolis Good Chair Project was founded in partnership with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board "on the premise that you can make life better and build community simply by adding some comfortable, movable seating to outdoor spaces."

Willie Willette Works crafted me a beautiful, custom walnut buffet cabinet. Willie and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. From the beginning they asked lots of questions about my needs, what style I was looking for, and even came for a site visit. Throughout the build I was able to visit the workshop to make decisions on wood and staining during different parts of the process. I'm so happy with my new piece! I now have a beautiful and functional place to store all my records and games!
