First time home pest control services includes Cockroach bait under all sinks and Pesticide dusting, plus interior baseboards sprayed with a non odor pesticide. I had a Kangaroo rat 🐀 problem Chris explained, in language I could understand, the damage the Kangaroo rats may cause and how he would treat the areas of infestation.

Called after I saw a cockroach and was worried about rodents after purchasing a second home in north Scottsdale. I was leaving that day to go back home in a few hours and he was able to be to me in 30 min! That was really quick and responsive and helped ease my mind since I was leaving and someone wouldn't be back until the following week. We signed up for the monthly service. Good customer service.

We thought we put 2020 behind us, but on the morning of New Years Day we saw Ratatouille climbing a wall to officially make our home his home. We tried getting rid of Ratatouille ourselves by setting up traps, bait boxes from Amazon, and glue traps. After day (and night) 4 of self treatment, we called Christopher and Killum Pest Control. We’re glad we did. Christopher has the best customer service in Scottsdale, and was so helpful, responsive, and effective in helping us reclaim our home from rodents. My experience with Christopher was better than anything I could have asked for. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different pests in my area and knew exactly where to target them to get the job done. He was also extremely flexible with my busy work schedule. I was looking for a good pest control company. Based on reviews, I called Chris. He quoted me over the phone. He serviced my home the first time which I feel was just a mediocre job based on the amount of insects we were still encountering. The following month, he text me that he was going service my home. Come to find out the following week, he didn't service my home. He never informed me that he did not service my home. After I found out and I text him, he tells me he did not have my gate code. My husband does our pest spraying because it's hard to find a honest pest control guy! But, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Christopher!
He came out to our new (20 year old) home in McDowell Mountain Ranch to give the best advice on sealing out snakes and lizards from entering inside. This is after getting in touch with two other well known scorpion sealing businesses. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell.
He also was knowledgeable on termites. I highly recommend him.

We have had Killum Pest Control for over a year now. Chris is awesome, always on time, easy to schedule, and the critters are gone! We live in an area known for scorpions and termites and Chris has done an excellent job of ridding our scorpion problem. Even though Chris was "done for the day", he came right over to check my property for rats. I had a dead one in a cage trap (not that effective). My son had seen one on the spa cover! Last year, I had $550+ in spa damage, cut down citrus trees and put out cage traps. After trying the traps and winding up with $500+ in AC wires chewed, I decided I needed a professional. Chris was prompt and thorough. His plan and communications should end my costly rat problem.
