We hired Pankratz to provide an estimate on some work needed on a house my wife and I are purchasing. They sent Jesse to help us. He did lazy work and wouldn't communicate with us. We extended our inspection period to have time to talk to him about what he saw, but he refused to speak with me and was very rude to my wife for the brief phone call they had. She asked that he speak with me, I left messages on his phone and in the office, and my realtor asked that he speak with me, and I still have not received a phone call from Jesse, several days later. As a result, we have no estimate to work with

We hired a division of Pankratz Construction, PC Restoratios, to do repairs on our home after a fire. The work we received was substandard, the paint and materials was of poor quality, the contractors took twice as long as necessary to do the job, and a lot of our stuff that was put into their storage facility cam up missing and was never returned, and only a portion of the total value was offered. I would not recommend this company or their subsidiaries to anyone, except to tell them buyer beware.

I bought a new house from this company. The calls to the office went and still are not returned. The man they sent out to fix bad tile work in master looked like he had been found under one of Knoxville's overpasses. Once a representative missed four meetings to correct problem. The gutters do not take water away from the house. No response to this issue. Water leaks into upstairs hallway from eaves. The calls to fix HVAC took two years to be taken seriously. I left the house in disgust and made the house into a rental and my tenant left at the end of his lease and warned that I should

Don't even bother trying to deal with this unprofessional business. A friend of mine wanted to see one of their houses, the realtor couldn't even show it because he couldn't get in the place. The builder didn't have any way for it to be accessed. They "key" was not left. No one would even come out and open it. My in laws looked at two of their homes and found numerous issues with them. The construction was below average, cheap products used, over-priced, and most are built in bad areas and they cram as many houses as they can in an area. Houses are on top of each other

I, too, find that they Pankrantz is way overpriced for the amount of work that was done in my home. I had a small restoration project in my kitchen. They were very nice and very professional, but it took over 6 months. And my countertops are not installed correctly. I asked them to correct this. I knew a new piece needed to be cut and replaced. It was cut too short. The other end was cut too much over. They came one day to fix this and their resolution was to take the short piece out and realign it so the it matched to the cabinet. This left over a one inch gap from the wall. They filled it with
