I have been in the Home Improvement industry for over 30 years. I started installing Vinyl Siding, Roofing, and Windows when I was 15 years old. In 1994, I realized it was my dream to own my own company and opened Tim White Roofing and Siding in Lindenhurst, NY. After years of physically working all day and selling at night, my business grew larger and larger.
Our company specializes in kitchen design, installation, supervision and other cabinet applications such as family rooms, home offices and custom wall and bar units. We can answer all of your design, installation and remodeling concerns and have everything you'll need: appliances, cabinets, floors, fixtures and counters.
Our company specializes in Bathroom design, and installation. We handle the entire project from ideas and concepts through obtaining permits for electric, plumbing, and construction. The bathroom is one of the most "personal" rooms in any house. It serves the dual purpose of being a place for personal hygiene as well as a place for rest and relaxation, therefore a great deal of attention must be given to its design.

Contacted this contractor to do an extension. The owner, Mr. White came to my property, we reviewed the plans, and went over the additional details not shown in the architectural drawings. He informed me he was busy but would get back to me in two weeks with a pricing for the project. After a few weeks passed without a response, I emailed him directly and spoke to his secretary regarding my project. It has been over a month and a half and I have still not received a response. Despite being recommended from individuals, I unfortunately cannot recommend this outfit due to their inability to communicate

Used Tim White for major renovations several years ago. They did a fantastic job. This year after a nor'easter a few roof shingles became dislodged. Within a week of notification, they came and fixed the shingles no questions asked. would recommend them for major work

We recently had a bathroom renovation as well as the installation of a new laundry room floor. Tim provided a timely estimate and we did not feel any pressure to start the job. Sam helped me with the design and selection of all materials. She was great and gave me a lot of time and attention. The crew was professional, efficient, very neat and provided high quality workmanship. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Tim White and staff.

Had our roof done by them in 2013 when hurricane Sandy occurred. Guess, they were getting permits for every town at that time because the money was rolling in. Recently, called them because shingles blew off roof due to last storm, the manager was nasty and so was the owner Tim White. Will never recommend this company to anyone they are not… reputable, it clearly shows they were profiting from people’s situation after Hurricane Sandy. The roof they put on my home is only 7 years old and after last storm already lost shingles. My last roof was 20 years old before Hurricane Sandy destroyed

Tim White has now done 2 major projects for us - first a second story dormer with a patio, and most recently our kitchen and bathroom renovation. The crew is professional and clean. The work is high quality, and their estimate on the project was extremely close to the actual cost.

You insisted on having a review so here we go. It was disaster from start to finish. Over charged, misleading. It took 11 weeks for him to finish the job after I was initially told 5 to 6 weeks. He asked for more money after the agreed upon price and threatened to leave if I didn't pay. In the middle of the job he ask to pay the rest of the money… except 1000 dollars when the job was finished and on top of that the project manager submitted another bill to pay for extra stuff that I had already payed for and I refused of course. Some electric work was done wrong and he refused to fix it

Tim White doesn’t stand by his warranty. When there are issues with the work they’ve done he just gives excuses after excuses and that’s after him returning your phone calls either months later or NEVER. there are issues with all the work they did and they don’t care about it. They took our money and ran We’ve given them many more customers and they don’t even give the respect back with a return phone call when we call. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere ....

We just had our bathroom remodeled and it looks fantastic. Michael was our project manager and he was amazing. He walked us through step by step, checked in and stopped by everyday to see the progress. The gentlemen working were so nice and were at our house from 8am - 5pm everyday until they were done. For a complete gut job our bathroom was completed in 6 days. Our kids will not get out of the tub and shower. Thank you Tim White for making our first home renovation experience a positive one! I actually thought I wrote a review when Tim White did some major work renovations in my home two years ago. I guess I didn't but it's never too late. After receiving several estimates for a major redo of my kitchen and 2 bathrooms, I hired Tim White Home Improvements. Truthfully, all the estimates were in the same price range (give or take a few dollars), but I had such a good feeling after going over everything I wanted to do and hoped to accomplish which is why I went with Tim White.
