Informative meeting with Sean Rouse for the Love Encore Program. We purchased a new Forester in August and needed a " friendly guided tour" of all the wonderful.options. Sean was personable and patient with my husband and myself. He left the " door open" in the future to ask additional questions if they should arise. The Love Encore concept is a great idea and we benefited greatly from Sean's product knowledge.

Capital Suburu's service department is terrible. When replacing the brakes on the car I had purchased from them they improperly installed the brake pads and neglected to place the clamps on the brakes altogether making a terrible knocking noise. I obviously sought service elsewhere to which the mechanic stated, "There's no way they knew what they were doing." As a mother of two children I was extremely upset that they neglected to consider safety as a priority when servicing my vehicle.

There are many things I would rather do than buy a car because I have always hated the experience. This the first car dealership that I have worked with where I actually left happy. Prior to my arrival, I had researched the make, model, mileage, and fair pricing of the car they had on the lot. I was fortunate to have Joshua as my salesman and he was excellent to work with. We worked on numbers for a little while and I didn't feel 100% about making a deal yet. I was able to leave the lot without being chased down to come back and talk further. Easiest Car Purchase Ever!
We purchased our Forester from Wayne Barbour four years ago and decided to go down to one car and got a new Subaru.
As with everything, I get three quotes. Wayne not only blew the other dealership out of the water, but beat Carvana's quote. As my dad would say, "A good job at a fair price." Within a half an hour, we had the car that we wanted and Wayne had ordered the part we needed (we sprung for my husband to get the wireless charger for his phone.)
