We purchased a vehicle from Preowned Auto Outlet. The WV inspection sticker on the vehicle was put on the day we purchased by whomever Preowned Auto Outlet was dealing with. I took the vehicle for inspection recently to find out this said vehicle, " Will never pass WV State Inspection" , due to a massive hole in the frame. This has definitely been this way since I purchased. It's taken a few years or more to get to the extent of damage.

They helped me with the price, told me all the little repairs they had done to the truck I bought. First time I have bought vehicle on my own and they really took care of me fairly. Very nice people. Made small talk with me, helped me get the truck insured. Just all around great experience and all their vehicles were nice. They seem to all be fairly priced. No junk on their lot. I would highly recommend giving them your business! I'm so happy with the truck I got from them!

Best car lot ever! They made me have faith in people again. They were very kind and very honest, went above and beyond to help us. They are very knowledgeable about vehicles too. They keep their word if they say they are going to do something, if you have a problem they will remedy it. I highly recommend them. I love my car to pieces, and their prices are the best around. If we ever need another vehicle we will be going back to them.

Very great dealership! They were very friendly and helpful with helping my girlfriend purchase her first car. They were honest about the few issues her car had. They payed for all the fixes and had it inspected . I definitely recommend them to everyone!
