Moving is always a hectic and sometimes stressful process, once you've finally packed everything up, the next step of relocating and unpacking is a whole new phase!
Brian, Rudy, and Alex made that part of it all so much easier. They arrived early, were professional, polite, patient, cautious, very fast, efficient, and kind. Brian was constantly checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly and the team was meeting our needs.
The second location was a bit complicated to move into with an overall challenging building layout. They walked the area a few times and determined there

I had my hardwood buffed and polished before Thanksgiving. I needed to move all my furniture out of my house and into my garage for three days. These guys were terrific! Very nice, courteous and worked well with me when needed. The front office, Nino in particular also very nice and efficient. I had Efraim, Luis, Joel and Kelly as workers for my two days of moving and they were awesome. The price per hour was not the cheapest, but nothing was broken, so you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this company if you need movers. Well done!!

This is the second time I used Pasadena Moving Company and both experiences where phenomenal.
Rudy, Zolt, and Oggie are the real deal! We moved from an apartment unit on the third floor to another unit with tons of stairs and they got it done in 4 hours. They uninstalled our washer/dryer and installed it in the new place. I've had other moving and delivery guys before who spent the whole time complaining and making me feel uncomfortable so I really appreciated that Pasadena Moving Company is all about doing, not talking. They were respectful of our space and were careful of our belongings

We used Pasadena moving company for our move and they were great! On time, quick, and efficient. We thought we'd need to take apart a lot of our furniture but they were able to move everything carefully and manuever down our stairs with our heavy equipment quickly. Definitely recommend though I hope I don't personally need to move again anytime soon!

Update:
They did end up contacting us after I wrote this review and my boyfriend sent them an emailing telling them we would dispute the charge with his credit card company. Once we spoke to them they said they would give us an update as the repair progressed and they had more information. Instead they called Saturday morning saying they wanted to deliver it that Saturday afternoon which was not enough warning for us to accommodate that. Then it was a back and forth of scheduling the delivery and canceling the delivery. After the third reschedule our movers arrived and put the repair together

We are really pleased with our recent move by Alex, Joe and Louis. It was a local move but we had a lot of stuffs. Scheduling and rescheduling were painless. They called to confirm the day before the moving and before they arrived. They were on time and communicated clearly. They worked really hard for almost 12 hours. They were careful with moving furniture and boxes and asked us to do a final check in the truck before they closed it. We would definitely recommend Alex and his team for any moving services!

Anthony, Rudy and Bernie showed up on time, worked at a crazy pace, and moved us from a 2-bedroom to our new place in 4 short hours. We had spent the previous day packing like crazy, so we were tired and stressed about the move itself, but their professionalism and easy going demeanor put us at ease immediately. They were very respectful of our property and stuff and carefully heeded all our instructions. This was clearly not their first rodeo: nothing was damaged, nothing was carelessly handled, no doorframes were banged. 100% recommended!

We used this company to move from Altadena to Duarte. I scheduled the move 2 weeks prior to moving. They called the day before for confirmation. Their workers arrived on time and were courteous and professional. No matter how many times I asked them to move a box or an item from one spot to another, or inside the house and changed my mind to take it outside to the garage, the movers were very nice and didn't get frustrated. We appreciate items their service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Tito and his crew were great! They are careful when moving everything. It was a rainy day so they took extra precautions and shrink wrapped all the furniture. Very professional. Good communication in explaining what is being done and always asking the customer if they are correct with where things should be placed.
