I had a great experience with Mr. Hardwood. From the initial call and consultation, to several visits to their showroom to view flooring options, to the installation, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. We had existing flooring removed and an LVP flooring installed in our condo in Midtown and the floors like great! The crew worked quickly, quietly and did excellent work. And, the cost was reasonable as well. Highly recommend Mr. Hardwood!

I would highly recommend this company. The work they did on my very worn floors with pet damage was amazing and the bannister and spindle replacement was something that exceeded my expectations. From the office staff Kendra and Caitlyn, owner Cory, manager Chris, salesman Hayden, and worker Fabian and Leo they were professional and exceeded my expectations. Hard to find true professionals and this company from top to bottom was. Even when an unexpected accident happened I have never seen a company make that a priority to make it right for me. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Hardwood. Kelly was prompt and professional and gave a great quote for new hardwood floors for my entire 2 story, 5 bedroom home. Pedro and his team were exceptional and did the job in less time than expected and the floors are beautiful. Kelly did a walk through when the work was done to make sure everything was perfect. The house is 40 years old and we found that the sub floor was stapled down rather than nailed or screwed so the guys had to do a great deal of extra work to level the floors and they turned out perfect. WoW! So where do I start. First, I would like to thank Corey (Owner) of Mr. Hardwoods. Note: He really does look like MacGyver or his twin. I made an appointment and he was very punctual. I explained that I had installed vinyl flooring in our basement but started making mistakes. After showing me the problems, I was having he made recommendations to remedy the problems. Hardwood in kitchen had water damage from a leak. Tasked Mr. Hardwood to refinish and repair the kitchen floors and refinish all wood flooring on the main level. Maria and the crew were professional and efficient and completed the job in only two days. Floors look better than new and the damaged area repair looks like it never happened! I would use Mr. Hardwood for any future wood flooring needs without hesitation!

Leo Barbosa was great to work with. He showed up on time for initial estimate and was very knowledgeable of the wood floors we have. He provided an estimate the same day through email and made the scheduling process simple. I scheduled my install for a Friday and Saturday at 9am and the installers were right on time both days and did a great job. Leo even did a final walk through with me before the final payment was made to make sure I was happy with the work and to give me my warranty certificate. I would highly reccommend Mr. Hardwood to friends and family.
