I have had No Nonsense Termite inspect my home for 8 years. One year while under the house they discovered a water leak from my tub. I was very appreciative. They also I had to say but discovered a dead rat in the attic. The service is thorough, staff competent and professional, price is great. I receive annual reminder calls from office and trust the work and people.

I love this company! Each technician that has come out over the last 5yrs has been thorough, on time and considerate. No sales pressure, only present their findings. No need to tent, they do a treatment right then and I have called them back, at no cost, when I suspected finding droppings. Kenneth A., was my technician today and I could not be more pleased with his service. He went above and beyond my expectations. No-Nonsense- Excellent name for this company and their staff! My parents are private ppl and don't post but this needs to be said. They had 3 estimates from other termite places. I ran into this office and asked some questions: to see how it works. Aranza greeted me and answered all questions making me feel like this could be different. Sure enough: two days later, Dave showed up at their home: and started with normal questions. Dave was super informative and personable. He walked the job and asked to check extensive places: pointing out old piles from the past termite places that didn't clean

Kenneth was on time, explained the service options and completed the work in a very neat and professional manor. We had a rat issue at my mom's house and they came out regularly to clean the traps and within a month they were all gone. Not a single return due to their identification and sealing of the entry area. Kenneth also completed a termite treatment that has cleared the issue. This company rocks and I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors. They too have used their services and are very happy with the high quality service.

David came out to perform the initial termite inspection. He was thorough in his inspection, findings, and explanation. He was able to schedule the treatment a week later. David was professional and his treatment options were both effective and cost-effective compared to other companies. There is no need to move out to tent the house. The treatment was done in one day! David the inspector did my termite inspection and Frank the technician came out to do the treatment.
I called to do the termite treatment on the weekend, before I move in and they were able to schedule this right away.
We had a mix up with the treatment type and the office cleared it up right away, which I greatly appreciated.
Frank put effort when working throughout the property, and took care of extra spots not on diagram as he found them and answered my questions which was excellent.
I had three termite bids when I did my inspection and I’m glad to have chosen NoNonsenseTermite.
