Steam Doc did an awesome job on getting our carpets clean and fresh. Al is very professional and experienced with what he does. The equipment used is top of the line and effective. He was able to get stains out of our carpet we thought would never come out. They also have great communication with schedule confirmation and reminders. Great company. Easy and convenient. I made my appointment on their website. Russell Roberts called me 30 minutes before arriving and he was very professional and polite. I have white carpet and a dog (don't ask why we would do that). Steam Doc did an amazing job bringing them back their original beauty. The next morning however, there were some strange splotches in the carpet so I called Steam Doc about it. They were able to come out the same day to fix. The splotches were from old pet stains that had wicked to the surface as the carpet dried. The second round of spot cleaning did the trick and I have beautiful white carpets again. Al arrived on time, even though in all of the chaos of our move I neglected to confirm their reminder! He was very professional, skilled and knowledgable. Had an aging sofa with pillows, a long carpeted stairway and a small bedroom cleaned. Good job, on time, friendly attitude. I requested no lingering deodorizer smell and they complied. All dry within a few hours. I really appreciate that the extra charge for removing furniture was removed when he saw how little needed to be moved. I would recommend and would use them again.

I had a 5-star experience with Steam Doc. Al, the owner, confirmed his arrival a couple hours early, arrived on time, and did an amazing job in short order. I had just bought a house with very dirty carpets and planned to replace them but wanted to first see how much they might clean up. Al pulled up the carpet and silenced some very noisy floor boards in some areas, reattached and stretched the old carpet, and steam cleaned. It looks amazing and saved me $$ replacing older Berber carpet. I was most impressed with the protective equipment and care Al showed for the walls, doors, and wood floors

We had two rugs that both had dog odor and needed to be cleaned. Steam Doc was easy to schedule with, and I got an appointment with them within a couple of days of calling. The technician was punctual, polite, and very informative. I will definitely use Steam Doc again!!

I decided to try Steam Doc due the positive reviews and they lived up to their reviews. When I e-mailed them inquiring about service, they promptly responded. When I needed clarification regarding one of their services, I called and spoke with Tanya and although the conversation was super brief, she was pleasant. One the day of the scheduled cleaning, Al called me to let me know his estimated time of arrival. Even though I wasn't present when he arrived, my husband told me he showed up at the time he stated. I hired Steam Doc based on several Yelp reviews that resonated with me. They did not let me down. I needed to carpets steam cleaned in a newly purchased home. Their customer service was professional and friendly. The technician called to let me know that he wads running a bit ahead of schedule and arrived early. Booking the appointment was a breeze.
There were follow up texts and emails about the appoint and confirming the time.
Our guy (Thomas) was on time, very friendly, and did an amazing job. He got out a stain that has been there since we've moved in and has survived many attempts at removal. Very impressive!
In the end, the price we paid is the price we were quoted (and although I admittedly didn't show around a whole bunch, I feel it was a very fair price

Very happy with the services we received from Steam Doc for our 3 large area rugs. Al is very professional, provides excellent customer service, and has a commitment to quality. He wasn't happy with the cleaning results for one of our rugs, and he cleaned it a second time for no charge. He also picked up and dropped off the rugs to fit my schedule. The rugs look amazing and look like new! We will definitely use Steam Doc again and would recommend to anyone.

I had Russell out to clean the carpets of my rental condo. He was fairly priced and quickly responsive. I also needed the carpet re-stretched in one room and Russell arranged for one of his contractors to do that at the same time the carpets were cleaned. My 4 year old carpets look good as new. I will be using him again for sure!
