My experience with this company was very good. Art was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough when I contacted him for bed bug extermination at my home. The workers that came out on the days of service were on time, courteous, and explained every preparation and process with care and detail. Heat treatment was expensive but was by far a faster, more effective process than the chemical treatments that were attempted and failed by another company and I would certainly opt for it again in the future. The dog inspector recommended by the company was also very kind, professional, and knowledgeable

I had found a few questionable bugs in my daughters bed and contacted integrity. The owner answered immediately and had me send text pictures of what I had seen. Upon review he notified me right back and confirmed those were not bed bugs, but carpet beetles. Not only was I so very thankful of this, however impressed with the owners honesty and integrity! He could have easily said they were bed bugs to make some money, however he was honest! Thank you! Thank you!

Used Integrity pest solutions after multiple failed attempts and heating treatments remediation by bed bug burners and another company. This was 3rd heating treatment, which was finally successful. Art takes pride in what he does, helping people get rid off bed bugs and move on with their lives. Key component was to declutter the place, and run all clothes through high heat dryer setting and pack it in sealed bags and not to bring it back in until after the heating treatment. It took 3 companies to finally help me to help my elderly disabled mom whos on fixed income to move on with our lives. Art

By far the best company in town. Great communication and expectations on what the process is but keep in mind you need to do your part to for a sucessful treatment. They honor the warranty and they do every measure possible to take care of your issue. They are all so nice and respectful and they truly want to help. The equiptment they use is top of the line. This company is wonderful! The owner and staff are all very helpful and informative. I would defiantly recommend them. We had another less informative and very inexperienced company come in first and convince us we needed treatment, however we didnt like the professionalism and how pushy that company was so we called Integrity. They were not pushy at all. They gave us a few options we could do to be sure we had a problem, however we decided to be safe and have a heat treatment right away. The owner was very Detailed with his explanations for pre-treatment and responded quickly when I texted him

Art Dodson thoroughly explained the heat process they would use and how our preparation would help ensure that the one day treatment would be effective. They were able to schedule us in a few days. On the day of treatment, they arrived before 7 am and began by heat treating our cars to be sure we did not reintroduce any bugs to the house (this is a service not offered by the other companies I contacted.) The truck was unmarked
