Got there early on a Sunday to pick up my new dining room table, about 1130am. They don't open until noon. Big sign in parking lot says customer parking only, so I called just to see if anyone was there to let them know my truck was there. Graciously, someone answered and said that's fine, since you are here I will open up and let.you grab your stuff. Now that is some good customer service right there!!!! I will go back again when we need something else!!!!!

Bought 3 pcs. of furniture in Feb. told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. As of May 9th still not here. Called four weeks ago and was told it would be leaving the factory in 4 days expect a 2 to 5 days delivery then schedule a delivery date. Still waiting. I do not recommend this place.

I purchased my first set 20 years ago. I just decided to get a new kitchen set due to wanting to UPGRADE my home. When I tell you I am an ABSOLUTELY HAPPY CUSTOMER "Yet Again". Quality of selections are 100%. Quantity of selections are 100%. Customer Service is 100%. "Kent" the owner always goes above and beyond for his customers, I can't say THANK YOU enough!!!

Their service was the best service I ever had anywhere! I ordered my furniture and I had it in my kitchen the next day!!Most places tell you l they'll be there between 9:00am & 5:00pmthey asked me to pick the time I said anywhere after 3 they were there by 3:05 ! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Been shopping here for more than 20 years. Kent, the owner, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and carries a huge selection of quality chairs and tables at better prices than the "big" guys. Great place to shop and I like keeping my money local.
