I lived about 1 mile away from Engrams. I requested a quote to have 6 large oaks removed that are hanging over the house. Took them about 7 days to get here for a quote and that was 10 days ago. I have called multiple times and spoke to Robin once. She said she was behind and would get me the quote soon. That was 7 days ago. Left a message 2 days ago. Still no response. I know this project will be expensive so I have to get a quote. IT could be $8,000 or it could be $18,000 . I just want a number either verbally or written, I dont care. Should not be that difficult

We contacted them for an estimate to take a dead tree down in our back yard. They did the estimate right away and then it took a couple weeks before they scheduled to come out to take it down. The day they had scheduled to take down they came out with crew. They were at my house for 15 minutes then left. They never spoke to me or anything. I then received a text from my contact telling me that sorry they didn't feel comfortable taking it down. They could have at least come to the door to tell me that or at the very least call me. Plus, why would you agree to a job that you didn't feel

Engram's Tree Service is a wonderful family run business that delivers with their work, communications, and timing. I had 8 dead or dying trees taken down quickly, safely, and at a fair price. They arrived when promised and Mr. Engram was onsite and leading. They were highly recommended by a large nursery who also uses them directly on their own property. Great working with them!
