Had the privilege of using Caleb and MM Roofing out of Bryant. He did my two neighbors across the street and knocked my door one day. Helped me get my claim filed and walk me through the whole process. He was able to get my damaged roof and gutters replaced very quickly and professionally. From my initial contact with Robert and J.R. with M M Roofing, I knew that I had found a company that would do as promised. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions about the roof repair/insurance claim process. They helped me file my claim on the first day, they met with me and the insurance adjustor, and continued to help me through the process during the next week. About all I had to do was pick out a roof color - which J.R. helped me with in matching a proper color with quality shingles. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! J.R. kept in touch with me as through roof repair/replacement

MM Roofing is excellent. I worked with Rob and a couple others who were helpful, professional, and had the expertise to navigate the claim with insurance. Quality of workmanship on the roof was excellent and they were fast. They were also very gracious when the insurance company was delayed on payment. Would highly recommend.
