Nice dealership. Drove in to look at a used Jeep grand Cherokee and the staff tried to sell me a brand new Subaru Forester but it was so cheaply made and everything was just hard plastic everywhere even the leather wasn't very soft at all. Touchscreen was hard to use, everything was cheaply done and a gutless engine. It even cost more than the new jeep Cherokee Trailhawk or limited I was looking at.
Nice dealership but don't know how anybody can buy a Subaru when there are so many other options out there at the same price but way nicer and safer

On vacation, a long road trip, and needed an oil change. Found this dealership and stopped in the morning we were leaving Cheyenne. The service representative, Brandy, was accommodating, friendly, & professional. We were on the road in just over an hour and they rotated the tires as well. It was a great experience!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I've been a Subie owner for 5 years and have dealt with 4+ service depts. This one BY FAR is the best I've encountered. In the midst of driving across country from Oregon to Florida with 2 dogs & 2 cats in the car, we found ourselves with two headlights out in the middle of a snow storm in Wyoming. Miracle of miracles, we get off I-80 and there in the distance is the Subaru sign (ahhhhh!!!) I swung in thinking they would push me off to the next day but they immediately pulled in our Subie, with the pets secure inside, and we had new headlights

Drove in from Spokane, WA for CFD and to visit family (Cheyenne is my hometown, no big deal). Had to get an oil change and tire rotation on my wife's '15 Subaru Forester. The service manager was very young looking girl, who was awesome. I asked her if the technician could hand loosen and tighten the lug nuts when they rotate the tires. She said that was no problem and wrote it on the repair order.
Their lounge was small but nice. They had free water and free wifi. After about 30-40 minutes she comes back to tell me they're done, and that they washed my Forester as well.
