We hired Elite Constructions to fix our roof. we found them online and as their 5 stars we assumed they were good. first the salesman, came to give us a quote of our roof, he didnt even get on the roof to inspection it, anyways he came every day before signing, he was the nicest - profesional man until we signed! they lied about the permits, not once, but twice, thank God my husband knows the city otherwise they would have done the work without it and finished without it and we would have never found out. it was a hustle to get this work done, and the attitude of the salesman, was just NOT profesional

I can't speak honestly about Elite Construction as a whole however one of its representatives Spyro was this fast talking individual who could not finish a simple job of installing recessed lighting and repairing a ceiling after a flood. It started out by Spyro bringing an apparent laborer to close off the area with plastic sheeting. This not only was the beginning of problems to come but obviously the individual didn't know what he was doing nor was he supervised. if one can't put up a simple protective barrier for debris and dust then i don't know what to tell you. These guys are a JOKE, they come in with a lower price than anyone else with a very quick turn around offered. Once you sign, they delay getting started to the point that you have to threaten to get them to start the work...then after everything, they stop showing up, do crappy work, or just completely stop working at all. They have some fraudster named Spyros working with them that is a total liar. I would NEVER use these guys and I would recommend that no one else does. By the way, they are currently being sued in Miami Dade Court for stealing 18k from a woman...look it up. Bad news with

Look i gave him a good review at first until i realized what a blank he is. never finished the job lied every day and finally lost y money and now got to go to city because one of his undocumented worker called and said he didnt have permits, my fault i fell for his con. i also gave him to my friend that he screwed out of 18 ,000. i found reviews that he was arrested in new york for stealing a customers ipad after she went out.he has 25+ complaints about beating people in new jersey from hurricane sandy, he move to florida and about 20 more people he has ripped off. he works under elite construction

I called HomeAdvisor for a referral, we wanted to remodel the bathrooms and the kitchen. They referred Elite Construction and we were told the contractors are verified by them to be licensed professionals insured and had extensive criminal background checks.
"HomeAdvisor does the reasearch so you don't have to." LIES.
Long story short, the so called "contractor" sent had no license, no insurance, has a criminal record, destroyed my home, major electrical and plumbing problems the city is finding us for everyday we don't solve issues. The man, who told me was the owner of Elite Construction, is

I can honestly say I have never met a more deceitful or untrustworthy human in my entire life. We are expecting and I stressed that we needed the work to be done as soon as possible and Spyros said he had a team of people who would be at the house every day and it will take about 4 weeks to complete. He said he was a licensed contractor and is licensed to do all the electrical, plumbing, ect. which is why he was able to complete the project for a reasonable price and quickly. My husband and I are new to S. Florida, and a friend who lives here recommended Elite Construction to develop our new office building, warehouse, and storage units.
Since this was our first commercial project, we were apprehensive and a bit nervous that things wouldn't go like we had hoped. We bought a few investment homes in Texas a few years back, and both times we got screwed really bad by the GCs. The first time we got ripped off really badly, and we eventually had to sue the GC, then settled for pennies on the dollar which barely covered the attorney fees. We ended up losing almost 40K on

I've been a Licensed Contractor and Carpenter/Handyman in Florida for many years, and I've been fortunate to work with Elite Construction and to get to know them personally.
I highly recommend Elite Construction if you want quality craftsmanship and if you want to be treated fairly. Mr. Vittoratos and his son Costa are honest, fair, and reliable and their word is good. They don't cut corners, and they get the job done right the first time.

On October 2016, we signed a contract with Elite Construction for the renovations of a property in Fort Lauderdale. They collected a down payment for the amount of $7,125 to begin work. After a short period of time, it occurred to us that the contract signed at the time is no longer a contract covering the scope of work that is needed for this property. Moreover, the person we were dealing with by the name of Daniel Swinarski refused
