Charles and his crew were great to work with. They replaced a shelter/pavilion at Zion Lutheran Church in Princeton, IA when high winds blew it over. Charles answered all of our questionable questions, got us the info we needed and was patient as we worked through the plan with a whole committee. The sturdy result was started and finished in the snow. It looks great, can’t wait to use it when weather clears. Drive by and see it!

Charles and his teammates were incredible. We had three bids for the small barn we wanted built and the other two bids were almost double his quote. He is incredibly meticulous and detail-oriented and won’t put his name on substandard work. I modified plans a few times throughout the build and he rolled with it, always looking to ensure I had the barn of my dreams.
Charles takes pride in his work and is incredibly hardworking - there is no job too big or too small and he is willing to work with you to get exactly what you want... even if it’s not his standard build. You won’t find a better

Charles and his crew did an amazing job on my husband’s, Tyson Kullerstrand’s, new shed. They were quick, efficient, and very professional the whole time they were building the building. It took them about 7 days to frame and put the steel up on my husband’s 60x104 ft building. Charles and his crew are some of the hardest working people we have ever met and we would recommend them for any shop, building, or shed project you have.

I hired franklin pole buildings to build a storage barn/shop for my home. I worked with Charles throughout the entire process, and have nothing but good things to say about him. He was quick to get back to me on all of my questions, the price he quoted was the price I paid (it was a good price too) and the job was finished on schedule (which is basically unheard of in the construction industry). If you’re looking to have a pole barn built in the Midwest THESE ARE THE GUYS TO HIRE!
