The slightest ripple or texture can cause an annoying seam that will nag at you for years to come. When you think you've sanded enough, sand it once more, seriously.

Award Painting did a great job painting my home. Jim includes a warranty and he was true to his word on that. We had some very minor touch up done before the warranty ran out. His work is beautiful. He really knows his stuff and is a man of integrity. He went on to paint my neighbors home and my parents home.

Jim and his crew are fast, friendly and very thorough in their work. They painted my house 3 years ago, and I couldn't be happier. They are professional. Not only did they do a great job at a great value. But when they were completed with the job; we couldn't tell they had been there. They cleaned up everything. I definitely will hire them again.
