Would give negative stars if possible. It was a total nightmare and we fired them! The big issues were that Larry lied to us and said we didn't need a plumbing permit when in fact we found out that we did. Several things had to be done over once and even twice because of the errors caused by careless work habits.
We are experienced home renovators who were tired of doing the work ourselves so we hired Gladiator.
Some of the issues were - we pointed out a pipe protrusion on a wall and told them they would need to build the wall out to allow for the pipe. They did so and it still wasn't built

Larry and his team are the only ones we will call with renovations or repair. Larry came out personally to assess our bathroom and kitchen for remodel. Recently we had some water damage in the kitchen and garage and again Larry came out and helped remove all the wet drywall and get rid of the affected wood. He is the best and most trustworthy contractor I could ever ask for. Highly recommended among my whole neighborhood and he has renovated 4 houses in my block alone and only good things were said of the quality and cost of his work.
