Kyle was referred to us by our realtor. We had just bought a condo we needed a new floor placed ASAP. While most companies could get to us in 6-8 weeks, Kyle worked with us to get our new floor in promptly. While we live out of state (this is our second home) Kyle was able to work with us in scheduling a time to get our flooring done. We also decided to have a backsplash in our kitchen done. What a beautiful job was done of both! Once we were able to come to MD and stay in our condo we discovered the walls were painted but the ceilings were not. Kyle was very responsive and was able to come fix my roof which had damage from high winds. Kyle was able to get my roof fixed, for an affordable price, within 24 hours. He was one of the only companies which was able to provide emergency services as well. He also was able to provide me free estimates for a roof replacement. He is very professional and knows what he is talking about. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to family and friends!

Working with Five K Construction was a wonderful experience. They provided us a cost competitive and complete estimate. Kyle walked us through the whole process. From acceptance to completion of the project was less than 4 weeks. The actual installation took only one day and was done extremely professionally. Overall, i would highly recommend this company and will be using them for additional projects in the future.

Working with Kyle Blouse and Five K Construction was great! We needed vinyl plank flooring for our basement and Kyle and his team had it installed in less than two weeks. Throughout the process Kyle promptly provided updates and information so we always knew the next step. They did an excellent job and it makes such a difference in the room. I highly recommend Five K Construction. We had Five K install a new roof on our house. They provided a reasonable estimate, explained and answered all my questions. There was no high pressure sales. When the contract was signed they started work right away and the job was completed in a timely fashion. When the roof was completed they cleaned the area and dragged magnets around to collect any nails. Other than the new roof, you couldn’t tell someone had just been working on the house. My hats is off for Kyle and Five K Construction.
