I'm sorry that I don't know the young man's name but, he drive a white car and he was possibly the son of the owner. He was there so fast, he worked so hard to get my keys out, the car was not cooperating! He had a smile and was kind the whole time. I recently had an absolutely dreadful experiece with another locksmith so I was terrified to call anyone. I was SO HAPPY with my experience I wont call anyone else again! No wonder you have stayed in business so long. That young man is an asset to your company!

Update 5/17/21 after having a problem with our lock three months ago he never did show up. The lock started acting up again I called Steve up again he was going to come out until he found out who I was then he told me he was unable to come and hung up on me. I called back from a different number asking why since the lock is still under warranty and he hung up on me again! Very unprofessional and very rude just there to steal your money and not follow through on his service calls
They Installed a brand new door code lock in November cost a little over $2000. 7 weeks after it was installed it stopped

Less than a year ago when they came out to install new locks they tried to charge more than quoted, today I called because I cannot use my back door lock as it is loose and won’t open. I called them to repair and they want to charge me. I have been in my building for 6 years with no issues so it makes no sense in them not to keep there word on the warranty when I have never have had this issue before.

We forgot the key to the downstairs of our beach house and he was here in 20 minutes. He was able to help us gain access and the price was way cheaper than when I used Pop a lock. I will use this company for now on!!! Love supporting smaller businesses and when they beat the competition in time and price, its a no brainer.

Replaced deadbolt on front door in February. The cost was $171.20 which included $95 service call, $35 deadbolt replacement part and $30 for "minor" repair/adjustment. Lock never worked smoothly from day one but was workable. Recently turning the key became impossible.
Florida Lock & Key told us they would charge another service call to look at it. When I told them that the repair was never done exactly right in the first place, I was told---tough, you should have called within 30 days (as if we didn't have other things to deal with then, i.e. virus). If you won't pay the SC, get lost.

Arrived to my store this morning and found a sticker advertisement on my door! Who exactly are you trying to advertise to and are you trying to create curiosity of whether or not someone tried to break in to your business? There are much better and more effective ways to advertise! Before you try to deny it, as I have seen you attempt to do on other reviews, the picture is attached.
