I have been using this hardwood floor and trim supplier for a few my home projects. They have good quality products and a lot of materials on stock. Vinyl floor planks beat other suppliers. The sales associates are friendly and have every good communication skills. Plenty of parking outside of the store. Offer in home delivery for resinable price. I would recommend to tray then for your next home construction project.

I would give 0 stars if it allowed. Customer service in this place is terrible! STAY AWAY. To sum it up, if you don't like what floor they point out right away, they get irritated and say, 'it's all the same.' Well, it's not all the same. You just lost a customer that was looking to buy over 15k worth of flooring. STAY AWAY

Went in having some questions about the refinishing products they sell. As I was asking one of the guys that worked there, another one of his colleague came over and interrupted rudely and basically said they don't know anything the process or how refinishing products should be used. So basically these morons sell stuff they know nothing about? Or maybe because I wasn't European they felt they could be rude. Will not be returning here. I will go somewhere where the seller can speak to the product they sell.

This is an awesome company to do business with. Great products and team. Everyone we came in contact with was professional, friendly and responsive to our requests. Even though we paid a few cents more than offered at other places, the quality of flooring definitely makes this store a good value.
The price difference was negligible when comparing the quality of the floor to the products we saw at other retailers. Helpful staff, positive experience, would recommend.

Stay away from these guys!
The so called manager "Slavek" has absolute no idea what customer service is or how to place a correct order!
We came into the store and ordered 770sq. of 4 15/16 (almost 5" flooring) because we were missing some from previous purchase (form another store) They claimed over the phone that they had them, driving 45 min to the store to learn that they do not have the hand scraped hardwoods but do have engineered hardwoods in same size and finish, placed the order, paid for delivery only to have 6" floors delivered to the house! Called and asked them

I'm not sure what happened with the other reviews to warrant so few stars but I couldn't disagree more. I found LAS on accident, googling for specific balusters. Neither Home Depot, Menards or Lowes carried what I needed in stock and delivery time was going to be 4-6 weeks but LAS did. Moreover, I got gorgeous solid iron balusters instead of the hollow ones the big chain stores had, I paid 1/3 the price. I got to redo my staircase (w/100 balusters) at a really affordable price, the team was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful guiding me to make the right choices to make a

They are horrible. I called and placed an order for 1/2" cork underlayment. Was told .50 cents a foot. Got there to pick it up, and had to pay $1.50 a foot! For 900 ft that's a huge difference!!!
Called and talked to manager. No help at all. Steer clear of them. Shady bait and switch!!!!

I went to the store and picked up the hardwood floor I wanted. The construction company I contracted with called to place the order, it took them days to finally get a hold of the person at LAS who I picked the floor with. We pushed the project 2 weeks till the wood arrived. Then 2 weeks later, they said they can't find the invoice or the order. We had to place the order again and wait another 10 days. Then the order came but it was the wrong width size. I called them and they said they would exchange it for a 25% restocking fee which when they calculated was 25% of the whole initial order
