I 100% recommend Juan and his team. He was fast, professional and did an amazing job. Juan fit us in last minute to paint the interior of our new condo when we realized it was too big of a task to complete ourselves. I am so thankful he squeezed us in. The walls are immaculate. Not only did they do a great paint job, but they patched and sanded. The walls look NEW, which is crazy considering it’s a 120+ yr old condo. Also I must mention… the cleaning afterward was amazing. They left my condo SPOTLESS. It was way cleaner after they left than before they started.

We hired JK to paint the entire exterior of our quite large house, including the extensive and complicated trim. They were meticulous in their work. Hand painted the wood clapboard, when others would have sprayed, resulting in uniform and excellent coverage. Minor repairs to the trim were taken care of before painting. They finished quickly and showed up each day as promised weather permitting. And the final bill was exactly as proposed. No surprises, and the house looks brand new! Unreserved recommendation.

We’ve used JK Painting twice now for interior painting and every time the work was exceptional! Juan and his team painted our outdated sunroom (dark wood paneling from the 70’s), and when he didn’t like how it looked after the first two coats of primer and two of paint (stubborn paneling) he came back and did another two coats of primer and two more of the paint. It now looks amazing. Needless to say, very high quality and very professional. We will definitely use JK Painting again.

I rent my apartment and the contractor my property owner hired prior to me moving in lacked some of the finer touches (paint color where there should be white, gaps between the door frames and the walls, visible brush strokes and general paint unevenness). This was my first time hiring a painter and I couldn't have asked for anything better from Juan and Elmer! His quote was very reasonable, he patiently answered all my questions about paint and paint quality (there were a lot), and I couldn't be more impressed by the quality of the work. Juan was very quick to respond, quote, and schedule our project. We had newly plastered walls and ceiling in our kitchen and living room done by a previous contractor and it was quite rough in places. But after JK was done sanding, priming, and painting, it was completely smooth and absolutely beautiful. They were very meticulous with covering every cabinet, appliance and doorway to minimize mess and left the place spotless and clean. I highly recommend them!

Called to have wallpaper removed and walls painted. Very responsive to communication, work started the next day, finished quickly. Work done was top notch and thorough; perfectly even and smooth painting job with no drips or uneven areas. Also very affordable.
