Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
The Montgomery tech arrived on time, and was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He got straight to work, asked questions about our infestation, and explained the steps he was taking. It's only been two days so I can't be 100% certain, but we haven't seen any sign of mice since his visit!
