While many of our carpets are manufactured with built-in protection against stains, you'll still need to incorporate some daily care and maintenance into your routine! Doing so will also improve the air quality in your home, as carpet is excellent at trapping allergens. Learn more below! I worked with Sherry Britt. Super helpful and super sweet. She made the experience less stressful and was great at recommending pieces to match. Found some great flooring for a wonderful price on sale and got carpet, granite and backslash as well. I would recommend this place to everyone. She also answered or returned every call and answered every question which is a big deal with places like these. Give them a try you won't regret it! I recommend using Sherry based off of our experience.

I took a job out of town, before my house here was ready to put on the market. The customer service from Lindsay and her team was "ABOVE AND BEYOND!". They worked with my painters schedule, sent me photos and input for my choice of carpet, kept their scheduled installment appointment, cleaned up after themselves, and made paying for their services an easy task - even from 4 hours away! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my flooring business! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I truly appreciate this team of professionals! Their talent, spirit, creativity, eye for detail and ability to deliver at a very reasonable cost is remarkable. Their expertise directed multiple facets of our design and my world became much less stressful. They brought fun into the recovery of our home after the explosion! I am very grateful. Horrible! Do not use this flooring company. My floors are buckling and a couple of people I have spoken to have been very rude. She’s snotty and will not take responsibility for the work that was done. I’m very disappointed. The cost was more than I wanted to pay so I was expecting perfection. Not the case at all! Just cannot believe the lack of professionalism, what a racket!

We used Lyndee Baker; and found her to be amazing, and very helpful in picking out the perfect flooring for our home. She was knowledgeable about all of the awesome products the Flooring and Design center sells. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure what we purchased was right for us; in regards to style and durability! I would reccomend her and the Flooring and Design Center to everyone!
