I'm impressed all over again! We've been having issues with our heater and had a different company dispatched through our home warranty. This other company could not figure out how to fix out system. I decided to call Pride Mechanical and thank god I did. Jacob came out and explained everything he was doing step by step. He explained that he has a checklist that he follows to ensure that nothing gets overlooked. It was a simple fix that he was able to figure out within a half an hour. I jumped the gun and should never have posted a review before these clowns left. I learned they likely overfilled my Freon because they didn't weigh anything and now everything freezes. Even better... they scheduled to return with needed parts and never showed up. They promised to adjust my dip switches and get everything working correctly but they never did this either. They promised to return to service the second unit and never showed up. I even confronted the owners brother when I saw him in public out in his van and he promised to schedule everything again and we never even received a

It was just over 100 degrees today, my fiance was home sick with a fever, and I arrived home to no air conditioning. I called our property managers and the girl I spoke to who sounds way too young to be working there, informed me she would put a work order in with an outside company. An hour later I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called back. She explained she didn't know when we would hear from someone, as she just puts the order in. Hate to see a really good, honest company get a bad review. We've been customers of Allen for almost ten years. He worked for another HVAC company at the time. When he went into business for himself of course we stayed with him. You won't find a nicer, more competent and honest person anywhere. You're in good hands with Pride Mechanical.

My air conditioning fan motor had stopped working and I called Pride Mechanical. The next morning their repair tech promptly arrived. He was a competent guy that did the install in 30 minutes and brought my A/C system back to life. The service call was reasonably priced. He asked if I had any questions.
