Had spring break on door late last night and called this morning. Bob arranged a time to come out within about two hours and was right on time. He quickly assessed situation, replaced spring and also did an inspection on the door. He pointed out a few issues in the door that will probably be a problem in the future that most people probably would not notice or know to check. Very personable and reasonably priced, especially since today is New Years Eve and many businesses are not even open today. Definitely will be calling him to address the things he pointed out when they need to be addressed

Our garage door stopped working so went to Yelp for some Help! B&B got good reviews and is close by so I gave them a call.
Bob came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. Our door opener needed to be replaced so he quickly ordered and was able to install it the next morning. I can't believe how quick he was. We literally have a new opener less than 24 hours after it broke. He was polite, professional and super to deal with.
I would not hesitate to call him for any future garage door needs.

Called B&B Wednesday afternoon with garage door problems. He came by early Wednesday evening, showed me what was wrong and what the necessary repairs would be. Set up an appointment for Thursday. They showed up a bit earlier than expected, which was fine. Long story short, couldn't be happier with the service!! Professional, courteous and timely! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

He came out because of a home warranty a few years ago. He sid a good job but he told me I needed additional items that were not covered buy the warranty. I purchased them. I recommended a friend to him and she bought one. Then a month or so ago he's went out and she called Bob to I stall a new one. Upon installation it had issues. He re adjusted it and put in a new battery
She paid him and thought everything was ok. Then the door started doing the same thing that it was when he installed it. She called him and he was supposed to come out and never showed. She called the number on the card

Call B&B to repair my garage door opener was not opening the door fully and stopping half way open. He came out and said that I needed all new rollers and hinges (not needed to repair issue). He was out for a little over an hour and charged me over $300 and still did not correct the issue I was calling about as the door still did not open. He came out again and said that I needed to get a new opener and new spring as well. Another at least $400 extra to repair! NO WAY!

Came in to visit my mother in Bay Village and found her garage door opener completely bit the dust. She'd been trying to get it fixed correctly for about 2 years. Another vendor had already cheated her out of $200 to replace the rollers --- something Bob said should be about $50.
Called Bob from his Yelp reviews. Bob is legit. He knows his business and he is a professional. He was upfront honest in all his dealings with both me and my mom. He called me back, quickly worked me into an already full schedule, and was really communicative the whole time.

Saturday evening a torsion spring on my garage door broke, Sunday morning I called B&B, and Sunday around noon it was fixed. I'd always recommend getting 2-3 quotes before having any work done where you're either not familiar with pricing or are not very familiar with who is doing the work. After talking with Bob, I was confident things were going to be done correctly and that pricing would be fair for the work done. At a minimum, including B&B as one of the companies you talk to before having any garage door repair work done. They'll do good work...and you'll be supporting

The guy may be good of what he does, but he is scammer and a thief . He will be sued in the small claim court by us. He accepted deposit for a job when deposit accepted from my not well husband was lager then the balance, cashed it and disappeared for 2.5 months. I asked for deposit back., but obviously he is not about to do it. Stay away

I called Bob at 3:30 on Tuesday I explained to him I had a broken garage door spring ...by 4 o'clock he was over the house working on the garage door.How much better service can you get than that ... He did an excellent job ! The job was done quick and efficiently .. Also he gave me an excellent price and a 3 year warranty .. I highly recommend Bob and his services !

B&B Overhead Door is an oasis in a sea of overpriced, underperforming garage door repair companies. I've used this service twice in the last two years. Both times owner Bob return calls same day and fixed the problem within 24 hrs. I called some of the big-name garage door companies like Action Door, they wanted a minimum of $220 just come out!! B&B saved me money and did a terrific job. Highly recommend this service!

Bob was very professional and came to my house in the evening and knocked out the spring repair in less than an hour. I was really nervous about having someone come in and quote me for stuff I didn't need, but Bob assessed my situation and got the repair done quickly. Excellent and prompt service from B&B. We originally had another company at our home to fix our broken garage door who was provided by our home warranty company. It turns out that our problem was not covered by warranty and they could fix it for a high cost after already paying $75 for them just to come out. Needless to say I decide to look elsewhere. This is where Bob at B&B came through. I called Bob around 1PM and by 3 our door was fixed. Not only was Bob's service reasonably priced, but his work also comes with a 3 year warranty. We will be sure to use B&B for any future needs

Bob Sanders the owner of B & B Overhead Door located at 270 Karl St. in Berea Ohio. I needed a new garage door and my son found this company here in Berea, Ohio. He came over the same evening that I called and showed me the doors types he had and gave me a very good deal. I was a little hesitant in giving him a down payment, but I did.
