Terrible customer service for a return customer! This company replaced my roof in Evergreen Park in 2017 and I’m currently experiencing some leaking from the roof. I’ve had two appointments scheduled and both times they haven’t showed up, not even a phone call cancelling. I even explained to the receptionist Leticia that I’m not complaining about the job they did 5 years ago, I simply just want them to come out, see what’s causing the issue and give me a price. It appears they’re willing to do the initial job but if something goes wrong, they don’t want to take ownership. It’s been

I called to get a quote for roofing repair/replacement. The scheduling was smooth and the guy came on time. However, I never received a quote. I asked for a quote two separate times and I was told that I would receive one. I was even asked "are you going to do the job?" Which I thought was an odd question to ask before I saw the actual quote. But even after saying "yes, I was going to move forward," I never received a quote or a reply. Oh well. I really wanted to give this place some business but I guess my money isn't good enough for them.

Feliciano Roofing and gutters did a fabulous job on our house. We needed the clay tiles and gutters removed from the house and a new shingled roof and leaf guard gutters installed. They got the job done in the three days. The workers were polite and hard working. Not a piece of garbage left anywhere. The price was very fair and the quick turnaround after they came out and submitted an estimate was within 10 days. I would recomend Feliciano roofing for anyone who needs a new roof or gutters!

I called for a roof repair as this service is listed on there profile. However, I was told they would only be able to quote for a whole roof replacement in mid July. My roof is leaking now so mid July is too far out for me. As a business you can pivot if you want that's not an issue but update your profile to match because it can be misleading otherwise.

These guys are good PERIOD. Had a roof leak and water coming into the entrance hallway ceiling and the south side living room wall which is next to the entrance way hall. These guys came and fixed it, replaced one of the roof vents from the rear of the house and that's where the leak came from! Since then it rained and snowed and no leaks. I'm happy and my home is happy and my parents in Heaven are happy.
