Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because of the technician, Tom. He was awesome! Thanks Tom! However, the person answering the phone, Heather, is extremely rude and condescending. It is almost impossible to talk to her. She threw a fit on the phone. Tom, keep up the great work!

We’ve used Kuenster a few times before. They always do quality work and are pleasant to work with. However, our most recent experience was upsetting. The quote I was given for a job to put our mini split heat pumps up on stands was $1,400, (and that was assuming difficulty working around a gas line which turned out to not be a factor because the gas line is no longer in use). I expressed doubts about that price and Kuenster offered to split the job into two different parts to help spread out the cost. I decided to move ahead with both at once to save costs on two different trips to our house
