Willie C. was extremely professional, waited until our insurance gave him the okay to open our car which was extremely gracious! He was called by our insurance and then our insurance was not sure if they can reimbursed and they waited until we can get the okay and they were extremely patient which we extremely appreciate especially because it is 3 almost 4 in the morning. Not a competitor. Inept "locksmith" named Dan, programmed a cheap Chinese aftermarket key fob and charged $300 for it. Another tech came out to make sure that it was faulty, and relayed the information to Dan. Dan refuses to come out and fix it. He changed the security pin when programming the new fob, so now the old key fob won't work either. "Dan" writes like a 5 year old, so we can't even file a roadside claim because the service ticket isn't legible. A BBB COMPLAINT WILL BE FILED FOR THE SERVICE BEING INCOMPLETE. Red light saying "No key" keeps flashing
