I received the premium cleaning service from Jake. We were about to completely remove the carpet out of one room after a teenage son moved out. Jake promised us he could clean the carpet. He cleaned that room with the addition of the living room, hallway, and another teenage son's room and the results were amazing. We are so pleased with how our carpet looks. In the past when we have had our carpet cleaned there was always an odor afterwards until the carpet dried. We had a few pet accidents over the years. All of those areas are completely gone and there is no residual odor. I highly recommend
