Amazing company with great, friendly, and knowledgeable people. They went way above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with great communication all the way through the process. Our sales rep, Will Luft, was always available to help and answer questions and was just great to work with. The final product looks perfect! Definitely recommend and will absolutely be my only call when we are ready to do the other part of our roof in the fall.

I had been experiencing water infiltrating my porch and inside the house and was at my wits end! I was very concerned about financing. Fortunately, the sales representative after inspecting the roof suggested I try through my home owners insurance to file a claim given the damages he saw. Thankfully, y insurance agreed to pay for a whole roof replacement. My out of pocket costs were much more manageable. The work was done promptly and efficiently. Wagner Metals just recently completed the installation of a new Metal Roof on our home and we couldn't be more satisfied than we are in regards to how it turned out at the completion of the job. Wagner Metals did a good job on our metal roof. We had some pre-existing structural issues which they were able to address before putting on the new roof. They also installed two new sky lights and gutters with gutter guards as well. They responded quickly to our concerns and made sure we were satisfied with the job.

This entire process has been infuriating!!! Our original salesman was gone after we signed the contract, my understanding was through no fault of his own. A promise was made to start within 3-4 weeks...after 3 MONTHS of calling and texting and emailing we finally had a crew show up!!! We were also told that at least 2 other barns that were sold after ours were already COMPLETED!!! They dropped off supplies on the NEIGHBORS property, even though we told them not to...and it sat there for MONTHS, getting filthy and being in the way of the lawn services. Garage doors and cupola weren't ordered so
