Had our square shower stall knocked down and replaced with a soaker tub, had many options to choose for the tub size and color, tile type and color, and shower head! It took about 3 months to order in everything and set a date for project which we discussed in the first appointment with Ben everything exceeded our expectations! Our installer Ryan did everything in 3 days communicated all through out the process on what he was doing and what to expect. We love our bath! Highly recommend them!

We had an old bathtub removed and replaced with a custom sized walk in shower and we absolutely love it. It was a wonderful process from start to finish and we will be back for future projects we have in mind. Our designer Ben J. was absolutely the best and we loved our installer Daniel R. He was so nice and very professional and did a great job with our project.

We had a great experience with Top Tier on a recent kitchen model. We changed the entire layout of our kitchen and Mike did a great job with the design and advice. Once the design was settled Charity did an excellent job keeping things moving and on track. There were lots of aspects involved with moving plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc... but everything went smoothly considering the amount of work involved. Finally I can't say enough good things about Ryan who did the cabinet installation- he went above and beyond and did tremendous finish work. We absolutely love our new kitchen and appreciate

My wife and I hired Top Tier to tear out, enlarge and install a new walk-in shower in our master bathroom. As with a prior installation (hallway guest bathroom), the installer (Daniel Rolufs) was excellent by every measure (professional, great communicator, polite, and obviously highly skilled at his craft). The end result was excellent and when Daniel was finished, he ensured that we were satisfied with the job and left no mess behind. So nice to have a professional contractor and the product absolutely meets our expectations. Would absolutely hire this company again.

I needed a walk-in shower due to some injuries. Top Tier was absolutely fantastic! They fit me in a month earlier than expected and completed the whole project in 2 days. Clean up afterward was spotless. I have had 2 other contractors with projects on my house and Top Tier was absolutely the best! Ben and Daniel are the greatest. We had them completely take out our walk-in and then replace it with a beautiful shower. Also a new counter top looks great. Main bathroom we had the tub replace with a new deeper tub and new walls around the tub. A beautiful counter top. They were very friendly and good at cleaning up after themselves. We just had our bathroom tub and shower combination removed and replaced with a shower enclosure with a bench and glass doors. We are totally pleased with the installation and appearance of our new shower. Joseph was our consultant and explained the entire process and gave us an approximate installation date. We were kept informed as we got… closer to the install date. Kevin E. was our installer and did a fantastic job. So I actually work for Advanced Concrete technology and I am actually assisting in the new construction of a new company that sits right behind this businesses location I don't know anything about this business they seem to be pretty big though office warehouse is a decent-size building and it's all I can really say about that
