Contacted companion in August to get an estimate as a truck had hit our fence. Estimator came out, said we'd get the quote the following week. Gave him 2 weeks, called the company at the end of August and was told that estimator was no longer with the company and they'd send someone else out asap. Jan 5 2022 - and still have not heard back from them.

My family and our 4 dogs were moving from California to Tucson and we needed an enclosed dog run installed that included snake fencing and a roof. The snake fencing was in place to prevent rattlesnakes from getting in to the run and the roof fencing was required due to our rural location and the presence of coyotes, bobcats and even the occasional mountain lion. We made several calls and picked Biff Baker to do the job. They were not the least expensive but they were responsive, professional and did everything on time as promised. Called over a month ago to get a bid. Even though he was late, we spoke about all my needs. It took a few weeks to get the bid. However, the bid was not completely what we discussed. He said he would give me a call with a correct bid by monday. I still haven't recieved that call, even with me leaving messages. Lost my business.

I needed temporary fencing and called this company three months in advance. The scheduler seemed knowledgeable. He told me to call back two weeks before the actual date that I wanted the fencing to go up, which turned out to be two weeks before Thanksgiving. He assured me there'd be no problem getting the fencing up. So, I called two weeks before the holiday and left a message for him to come out to see the particular location of

Our HOA was needing a gate replaced and they were one of the companies called to come give an estimate. As is usual, of the 7 companies called, only 4 made the effort to actually come out and give an estimate.
After giving their estimate, the Board voted to accept Baker's bid. They were contacted...and we heard nothing. I called a week later to inquire about it and was told the owner had some questions about the bid. We've never heard another word. There are other companies out there...so go find a better one who will follow through.
