I’m happy to talk with anyone who has a badly stained and very smelly carpet from dog urine. My beige wall to wall, was about 15 years old and looked like a polka dotted rug from our 16 year old dog. Maggie couldn’t hold her urine and was able to use only our living room as “her” room.
We just let her. The smell was so bad we simply didn’t use the room and decided it was Maggie’s room. It was not good.

I had a family room and a bedroom that was badly stained and was debating whether to just replace. Frank from ChemDry (the Reading location) came and could not have been more reassuring and professional. I was hoping for the best but never dreamed he could get the carpet as clean as he did. I looked this company up VIA Angie’s List. One of the reps called in reference to me needing my sectional cleaned. Everything was going great until I explained that no chem-Dry is allowed on furniture due to my pup. The rep explained not a chemical which I didn’t care because my dog had a bad reaction to Chem-Dry before. I asked her is there a way for my sectional to be cleaned without using Chem-Dry. She kept stating she didn’t know why Chem-Dry couldn’t be used😒 I had already told her. Whomever that is doing the callbacks need to LISTEN. Question was can you clean without using Chem

I got a quote in the $300 range, Nancy said the technicians would come and give a more accurate quote after they arrived. She had to call me weeks later back because she never wrote down my address. So the technicians arrive on time measured and then quoted over $700! They said that the countertop was at least $300.

I had them here today- I had a problem yesterday but The service provided today was excellent. The two young men doing the work were both genial and sooo knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and eager to educate myself.They took great pride in their work going over stains a few times trying to eliminate them.My carpet looks so improved. I have decided to put them on retainer and have them here once a year and will offer the contract on an apartment building I own. I gighly recomend this staff and service.

I found this company on Home Advisors. I had a bedroom carpet that had gotten dirty and pet stains from my dog. It was really gross. I also had a decent size living room rug that had gotten filthy over the years. I called them and spoke with Nancy. We set up a date for the job to get done. We had a 2 week wait till the day came. I have been using these guys for years! Nancy is the best at organizing the team and almost always can get someone to us very quickly. Frank has cleaned up more messes for us than I can count and he is a pleasure! I cannot say enough about them, especially if you have pets and teenagers! And ask for a can of their spot cleaner just in case you have a small spot you can address yourself. I am very picky, this is a first class group!

I had my carpets cleaned in early June, and had them use the PURT pet urine stain remover product since we recently rescued a dog that had made a few mistakes. I was excited to get this treatment done, because it seemed cutting edge and they used natural products. They were at my home less than an hour, and mentioned that sometimes the smell is worse after the treatment for a day or 2 since the urine stains are being broken down. Bottom line my rugs might smell worse than before, so I am not sure what exactly this PURT product did. I emailed them a few weeks after my service to explain my disappointment

I've lived in my home for 6 years and have the carpets cleaned yearly. I have never been truly satisfied. I called Chem-Dry and explained that I had a new stain in my den that I wanted to address ASAP. Nancy told me that the next available time was 3 days away. I agreed to the scheduling and Nancy gave me some great advice on what to do in the mean time. A few hours later she called to say that they had a cancellation and could fit me in the next morning. Bought a sectional from Jordan's and bought the protection plan from them. So i was told that I need to use this company. I thought the customer service was very poor. I was given a 4 hour window for them to come by. I always ask for a 30 min heads up so I don't waste my day waiting. They never called and I ended up missing them. When I called the customer service the lady was very rude to me and told me to take my business somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Had carpet and sofa cleaned in sept 2013, not happy at all with company, and the sofa stll looks dirty,,called the company, very apologetic, was supposed to send out crew and or cleaner for sofa,,,after listening to problems with the company from the owner for a half hour, never heard from them again...my friend had rave reviews but used the company in canton.

Outstanding customer service!!! I needed a last minute rug cleaning on an accidently water spill on my bedroom carpet and they were out to my home within an hour and a half.
