Fast, helpful, quality work.
My water heater control unit decided to give up on life Wednesday morning. I called Ray, he came over and checked it out just a few hours later.
After determining that it was in fact the control unit, Ray took the time to research whether anyone made a compatible unit (the original maker is out of business, and the tank is 10+ years old) and gave me reasonable options.
I ended up going with a Rinnai tankless system, which Ray got installed on Friday, 48 hours after my initial call.

Ray DeFosses installed the plumbing for our new home (over a year ago). We've contacted Ray several times with questions and minor issues.
