Cape Cod Chem Dry were highly professional and extraordinarily pleasant to deal with. They were able to completely remove a very deep and resistant stain on our basement carpet that had been there for over ten years-a miracle! I would highly recommend Cape Cod Chem Dry!

My carpets have never looked so good! My entire home is carpeted and with having two young children & pets our floors looked pretty rough. We had coffee stains, kids blue slime & everyday wear. Doing it myself with a carpet cleaner didn’t even compare to how pristine they came out after Mary & Greg came!
They were very professional, & knowledgeable! After a few weeks they still look just as spotless. We’ve even had a few little spills & it’s come right out with the treatment they did on all the floors. If I could give them more stars I would! Highly recommended wonderful family company!

Brought my area rug to be cleaned, had a stain of unknown origin in the middle of the rug. The owner tested the stain & told us that she thought it could be removed or @ least most of the stain. When it was picked up & rolled out in our home, we were so disappointed to see it was hardly touched. I called the owner to discuss my disappointment, was told it was the best they could do after i paid almost $100. If some of the stain could be removed, it puzzles me that why the rest of it couldn’t be removed.

I have used the same Chem-Dry company for the last 15 years and they have always done an outstanding job. They have cleaned my area carpets at their facility followed by home Service of my wall-to-wall carpeting. I have used this chem-dry form of carpet cleaning for many years now and have found Chem-Dry of Cape Cod to be a top-notch carpet cleaning company. I recently had 3 bedrooms and a family room of off-white carpets cleaned that are 22 years old. They came out so beautifully clean and just like new. I was so happy with the job they did. I was also very impressed with the technician. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, yet professional, got the job done quickly and did an outstanding job! Extremely knowledgeable and professional! Greg made sure all of the hoses were secured so they would not scratch walls/baseboards. Carpets came out looking brand new. He also made recommendations for product and future carpet care. Using the carpet rake prevents high traffic areas from becoming matted down. Very happy knowing that all their products are certified green and without chemicals. The hot carbonated extraction ensured carpets were dry within an hour. Excellent :)
