As co-founder and long-time CEO of Copenhagen Imports, he built his American dream from scratch. Erik emigrated from Denmark in 1962 and by 1969 found his way to Phoenix.

My husband and I have been looking for a sofa replacement for about a month now and so far, all of the furniture stores weekend you have had the same drab styles with monotone colors. What happened to the bold colors? Shades of grey and beige just aren't what I want to see in my living room fir the next ten years.
Finally, as an afterthought, we decided to check out Copenhagen. I'm so glad we did! There is a plethora of styles, colors and textures to choose from! We ended up with a beautiful burnt orange sofa that compliments our other furniture pieces!

Ordered 2 couches and even though had to wait several months for them, we were updated regularly on anticipated delivery. We had read furniture was taking quite a while due to the pandemic and were not in a hurry. our beautiful couches were delivered at their appointed time by a couple of very responsible guys. Very satisfied customers and will look here when we need other furniture.

VERY, VERY disappointed with our experience. My wife and I waited 6 months for our furniture. It finally arrived but without all the parts, which were apparently never ordered to begin with. Wow, you guys "only" had 6 months to make sure our order was correct. We were then told it would be another 6 months for the other parts to come!! No thanks. Money back please. Thank you.

If I could I will give 0 stars! I send my husband to the store to get the leather couch that I love. He walk in without mask and the girl in front start yelling at him (like she is mask police or something) she was very rude and obnoxious! It's NOT mandatory to wear a mask anymore in Texas so get over it.

I ordered a bedroom set a few months ago. When the delivery men arrived yesterday without my bedframe, they were apologetic but professional and immediately called their store manager. I called Anthony, the store manager, myself and he explained the situation. He went above and beyond to make sure that I received all my furniture that day. I am pleased with my bedroom set and very happy with the customer service at this store!

Absolutely love this store! It's THE place to go in the San Antonio/Boerne area when you are looking for a more contemporary look. Their sales staff, especially Grace, are helpful when you need them but gracious in allowing customers time to browse the expansive showroom without feeling like you are being stalked. They have a wide variety of lovely furnishings that more than cover all of your decorating needs for every room in the house. Would highly recommend this store! A+++

I purchased 4 dining chairs to replace some older oak chairs. The entire dining room looks great with these new chairs.
On a different visit I bought a Restless reclincer. Although there were a few mix-ups with the delivery, the issue was resolved once I spoke to the store manager.
I'll definitely return to this store when I'm ready to buy a loveseat.

Sometimes it feels so REFRESHING to have a great customer-service experience. I knew exactly the Herman Miller chair I wanted, and Copenhagen had it in stock when all the online sellers had wait lists as long as two months. Even better, Copenhagen's price for the model with the specific features I wanted was CHEAPER than anything I saw online. I called to ask about the chair, and the manager was so welcoming and informative. and showed us all the available options. He priced the various options and we went to several other places to check out their chairs. After one year of walking the store and "window shopping"...I was able to lure my husband inside. Evan was so patient over the past year. And although Evan was off the day that we shopped, Joanne did a great job of getting everything knocked out quickly. We have enjoyed all of our purchases ... beyond our expectations! We ordered a couch and were told it would be a max of twelve weeks. 8 weeks in, we find out it's actually 6 months and now we don't have a couch for one of our biggest events. So, so, so disappointed that we were blatantly lied to just so we would buy the couch. 0 stars for a place that charges so much. Totally unhappy.
