KR deserves a 5 of 5 rating. They arrived promptly to give me an estimate and installation date. They also replaced my water heater. They pointed out furnace and humidifier not working properly. They started and completed installation in 5 hours. Very knowledgeable and cleaned up when job was completed. I have complete confidence in them servicing my units on a maintenance plan. Thanks you so much for a job done well!

My husband and I both appreciated the extra time Max took to look at some other work that we will need in the future. He was on time, professional and took all the time we needed to ask questions and understand what may be needed in the future.
Meanwhile, when they came back to install new a/c, they were efficient and got the job done in about 1/2 a day. They were tidy, polite and made plans to check back and make sure things were running smoothly once it was a/c season. (work was done beginning of April before we needed to run unit)
